How to file a takedown notice

To be effective, a notice must include (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it (e.g., the game/page or a link in TableCoach).
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

On a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who uploaded it, who may respond with a counter-notice.

Counter-notification

If you believe material you uploaded was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice. To be effective, it must include (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and where it appeared before it was removed (e.g., the game's link in TableCoach).
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Ardonis LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.

When we receive a valid counter-notice, we will promptly send a copy to the person who sent the original notice and tell them we will restore the material in 10 business days. We will restore it no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2)).

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
